How Much Are They Paying This Guy?

Whatever it is, it's too much.

Found by way of Michelle Malkin, who has screen shots in case someone in a position of authority at SFGate gets a clue and takes the entry down.

Peter Hartlaub, journalist (after a fashion) and blogger, posted an entry to his blog comparing Ann Coulter to a horse. As commentary, it can only be described as puerile.

What I found telling is the comment on CultureBlog bio description (scroll down):

He lives in Oakland and spends most of his free time watching bad TV and playing basketball.

I suppose it's intended to be humorous, but I just find it a great explanation of his mindset.
